Happy Birthday (have a cold one) card

This is another card made with the Color Me Sampler Pack from Hot off the Press. I used a few different shades of blue Brilliance Inks, rounded the corners and added a coordinating embellishment and the card is done.

One year older card

Here's an easy peasy card I made using a paper from the Color Me Sampler Pack from Hot off the Press and an embellishment.

I used various colors of Dew Drop Brilliance Inks. They are pigment and sort of metallic looking so there is a sheen to it that the scanner doesn't really pick up.

After mounting that to a card base I added an embellishment to the corner and it's done.

Love card

Here's a card I made using a design from Design Junkies. For my card I used a stamp by Sugarloaf. I stamped the black with Versafine, a quick drying pigment ink. For the blue part I stamped with VersaMark and then used blue embossing powder. I'm using this as an anniversary card.

Happy Anniversary card

Here's a card I made using The Efficient Crafter blog post as an inspiration. I used watercolor paper that I precut to fit the card/envelope combo. I had purchased this set of 10 note cards with envelopes and the color coordinated to my scheme. I used watercolor crayons on Martha Stewart stamps. These stamps have a solid and an outline so I used the watercolor crayons on the solid portion. I used chalk inks for the outline portion of each stamp and then added a bit of background script on top. I inked the edge of the paper, stamped the sentiment using a stamp positioner and then added the ribbon and viola, the card is done.

Hair had always been important

Here's a card I made using a stamp from Artistic Outpost over an embossed quilted background. The quilt "thing" was from Technique Junkies. I remember the first hair dryer I used at home. It was one of those full bonnets with a hose to connect it to the base unit. It was terribly inefficient and seem to be designed for hair that was in curlers.

Wish Big card

Here's a card I made using a Hero Arts background stamp along with a sentiment from my Silhouette. I found an interesting pattern in one of my coloring books and used my Prismacolor markers in a green/brown palette. This is a birthday card for a guy, hope he likes it.
