Sagittarius card
Here's a card I made for a man and his son both celebrating their birthdays. The stamps are from See Dee's. I did a bit of coloring with water based markers and then added just a little bling inside each circle, didn't want to get carried away with the bling for the guys.

Happy Anniversary card
Here's a card I made using a background I had on hand and then stamped with a Lost Coast Designs stamp. I'm sending it as an anniversary card so I wrote a sentiment inside "from one wild an crazy couple to another".

Ruby Slippers Card
Jennifer McGuire gave me some inspiration to get my alcohol inks out and play a bit. I grabbed colors at random and made some backgrounds that I'll make into cards. Here's the first card I made. I used a Stampendous! stamp and then added a bit of extra color with some Sakura gel pens. I'm sending this as a birthday card.

Happy Birthday card
I used some alcohol inks for a background then added a premade sentiment sticker and a bit of bling to make this easy birthday card.

You're Sew Special card
I made this card using some stamps from Hero Arts and Crafty Secrets. The main sentiment are the latter and the repeating ones are the former. The model is also from Crafty Secrets. I did some embossing on that one and them cut it out. I'm sending it as a birthday card.

Season the day card
Here's another card I made using the Inky Antics "Slide and Stand" template. For this one, I used their Chef and Season the Day! stamps. I used some basic cardstock for the base and then found some coordinating paper from Little Yellow Bicycle Savor collection. It's a neat technique because the card folds to fit in a standard A4 envelope but there seems more to it. I'm using it as a birthday card.

Queen for a day card
This is one of those card where a hidden panel is displayed when you open the card. When it is closed you see the crown, but when you open the card the sentiment is displayed. It's not that complicated to make and I made a sample in a class a long time ago. I found my instructions and recreated it. I'm sending it for a birthday card.

A Dream...card
Here's another card I made with Hot off the Press steampunk materials. It's for a birthday so I added the little Tim Holtz sentiment stamp towards the bottom right.

To love a person card
I've had this background for a while. I believe it was something with Perfect Pearls, possibly alcohol inks but I can't remember. Anyway, it wasn't doing anything so I put it to use by making an anniversary card. I paired it with coordinating cardstock and then added some dark bling (is there such a thing, it's sort of like jumbo shrimp) and a saying that I have cut out on my Silhouette. I think the saying came from a magazine download. I should write this stuff down. Good thing I don't try to make a living off this, I wouldn't be giving my sponsors proper credit.

Friend Card
Here's a card I made a while back using materials I had left over from a class. I decided to use this as a birthday card as it is for a friend.
Until my next post,
Diane
