Here's a card I made using some papers from DCWV and a starburst technique. You cut papers into rectangles of various widths. Then you cut from one long corner to the opposite to make long thin triangles. Next, arrange them towards a focal point. It could be a corner or the center. I've got a few more cards over the next weeks with different focal points. This one is a birthday card using a stamped image from Inky Antics that I colored with some gel pens.
