Ten Years Older card

Here's yet another card I made using leftover items from a Hot Off The Press cardmakers card kit. My additions were the stamps and some of the dazzles and cardstock. Basically I had a piece of paper I liked and didn't want to throw it away.

Sure Do Love You card

This is a card I made using materials from SEI. My modification was to add the dimensional hydrangea above the sentiment. The other "flower" on the right is made fabric on the bottom, the other part is border paper that is rolled up and stuck with a glue dot. The stem is two pieces of border paper. In order to have this card stand, due to the design I attached a folded small strip of paper to the inside. The other slight negative is this SEI card kits didn't come with envelopes. That used to be an issue for me but now that I have the WeR Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board. It works very well and is a great use for paper that you don't really care for anymore.

Happy Valentine's Day 2014

Here's the cards I made for my family for Valentine's Day. I used the Circle Strips Tutorial from the Volume 13 Issue 2 (December 2013/January 2014) Technique Junkie Newsletter. I had the card bases and envelopes from a DCWV Christmas card pack. Obviously I used the red ones NOT the green ones. The rest of the papers were a combination of scraps I had hanging around.

Happy Birthday card

Here's a card I made using materials from a Hot off The Press cardmakers kit. I used the materials for the inside of the card on another blogpost. This card is for my brother-in-law, hope he likes it.

Grateful Heart Card

Here's a thank you card I made using materials from SEI. Their card kits are pretty decent. For this one you made two cards of the same design but the papers are different and you can change the embellishments too so the cards don't look the same. This one is a thank you to some special friends of ours for hosting us to dinner.
