Chase your dreams card
Here's a card I made using a 12 x 12 that I cut into card size shapes. I made the 12 x 12 in a class using Tim Holtz style techniques with the Stampers Anonymous stamps, Tim's stencils and Ranger Inks. I got home and had this hanging around since I don't scrapbook. I finally decided to cut into card sized shapes and then added a Paper Company stamp that says "Chase your dreams you might catch one".

Celebrate card
Here's another card I made with left over paste papers from years ago. I outlined the stamped designs and then stamped a sentiment inside that you can't see. It says "Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is mystery, Today is a gift." It's a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt. The quote seems to fit for a birthday card so that's what I'm using it for.

Wake up it's your birthday card
This is another card made using the marbled papers from years ago. This time I cut the paper to fit an A2 size then inked the raised portions of a Cuttlebug folder (yes I know it's backwards, I actually like it better this way). It's sort of grungy and I think my recipient will like this.

Thinking of You card
Here's another card I made using the papers I made years ago. The outside is smaller than the inside since the papers aren't the traditional A2 card size. This one was a plain marbled paper. I used Hero Arts stamps on the inside and outside. Inside the sentiment says "Happy Birthday from someone who gives a hoot".

Yellow Throated Vireo Card
Here's a card I made using materials from SEI. This card is a partner to the Western Tanager card I displayed a couple of months ago. This is for a birthday and I hope she likes it.

Happy Anniversary Card
I think after 5 years of sitting around accumulating dust you ought to do something with "stuff" you intended to make into books... and so I did. Here's my original post on the attempt to recreate some papers I made in a class. The class was in 2008 and I made the papers a year later in 2009 but like many ideas I have they stayed as ideas and didn't amount to much of a finished product. I finally took some of these papers and reused them as cards. I'm pleased with my initial batch and will continue to reduce the clutter. Except for outlining the edges of what I stamped with a micron marker I didn't do anything to the outside. The inside was blank so I stamped on it.

Happy Birthday to You card
Here's a card I made for a child. The papers and tricycle sticker are from the School House collection by October Afternoon. The other embellishments are from Jillibean (two journaling circle) and Studio 112 (sentiment).

A wish for you card
Here's yet another card I made using a Hot off the Press card kit. Of course this one is for a birthday.

Just a Note Card
Here's a card I made for a friend that was a bit under the weather. By the time she gets this card made with Studio G stamps she'll be back to work. Just goes to show you can't keep a good woman down.

Love card
Here's a card I made using materials from a Hot off the Press Paper Flair shaped card kit. If you aren't into fussy cutting don't get a kit like this. I don't mind cutting so no problem for me. This kit didn't include the car stock or envelopes but I had plenty hanging around.
Until my next post,
Diane
